Beautiful Blue Ridge (?) Thunderegg with Complex Moss - Oblong Crystal in Matrix

A striking specimen by any standards. This one looks very much like a Blue Ridge egg in the matrix, but the exterior is less of a good match. So this is a tentative classification. There is a tiny oblong crystal buried in the matrix of this stone, just a millimetre across, but in close up it looks strangely like some alien artifact on another world.
